Cheap, Distributable, Atrittable, Passive Acoustic Sensors with Mobile Fire Units (pickup trucks) using commercial off the shelf technology combined with 50 cal five dollar bullets and MANPADS in Ukraine are Hearing and Defeating the low flying Russian Drone and Cruise Missile Attacks in combat everyday and over the past two years. Billions of dollars have been saved in Interceptors. Tens of Billions have been saved in critical infrastructure. Thousands of lives have been saved. We have led and demonstrated this capability over the past 12 months to make our World and our Nation Safer… - In Ramstein Air Force Base, Germany under General James Hecker’s Leadership on February 29, 2024 - In the Yuma Proving Grounds in Arizona under the United States Department of Defense R&E Leadership on April 24, 2024 - In the Smardan Range, Romania with 11 NATO Nations under Leadership from Romania and support of NATO under Assistant Secretary General Tom Goffus on June 11, 2024 - In Oahu, Hawai’i in front of 12 Indo Pacific Nations under INDO PACOM and 94th AAMDC Leadership on Dec 3, 2024 NATO has since acquired 16,000 plus next generation acoustic sensors for Ukraine to fully cover all of its borders for 20 Million Euros. Last Thursday as General Guillot testified before Congress in Washington DC that “You Cannot Defeat what You Cannot See” on the same day, NATO from its Headquarters in Brussels launched “Two new multinational High-Visibility initiatives to further enhance the protection of its airspace and strengthen its deterrence and defence. At a signing ceremony held at NATO Headquarters, 15 Allies committed to developing more efficient solutions to lower-level air threats – that is, threats flying below 500 feet/150 meters, which is less than half the height of the Eiffel Tower. In addition, the same 15 Allies (Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Türkiye and the United Kingdom), plus Czechia, launched a multinational initiative on passive air surveillance, such as noise detection, which is essential to identify incoming threats undetectable by active air surveillance capabilities such as radars and satellites. “ NATO Statement Feb 13, 2025 Cost Curve Disruptive Technology Revolution is here to stay adding significant value in efficiency, capacity and capability to the existing and future layers of missile defense systems from Seabed to Space from the borders of Eastern Europe to the borders of the United States to the borders of the Indo-Pacific allies and the Middle East.
