Friend, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs open doors, level the playing field, and equal opportunities for all – but right now, they're being dismantled by this administration.

Across the country, right-wing politicians are working to destroy these critical programs, threatening the progress we've fought so hard to achieve.

As the first Black woman elected as New York attorney general, I know firsthand just how crucial this fight is. DEI isn’t about giving special treatment – it’s about ensuring that everyone, no matter their background, has a chance to live out their American dream. And I refuse to stand by while these fundamental principles are threatened.

I promise to continue fighting for diversity, equity, and inclusion for all New Yorkers – because an attack on DEI is an attack on opportunity, justice, and progress. But to do that, I need your help to make our voices heard loud and clear.
