We have three coequal branches of government—but right now, that balance is under threat.

The Judiciary Branch exists to interpret the law, ensuring fairness and upholding the Constitution. When courts rule that a law or executive action is unconstitutional, that ruling must be respected—not ignored.

Yet, the Trump Administration’s flood of executive orders raises serious concerns. Have these orders even undergone proper legal review? And more troubling, will this Administration respect the courts’ rulings—or defy them, creating a constitutional crisis?

We’re taking action. Tomorrow, Country First is mobilizing a Day of Action to demand that Congress stand up for the Judiciary and the rule of law.
