For nearly three decades, NPH has been honored to recognize outstanding Bay Area housers through our hallmark Leadership Awards. Together, we’ll enjoy artisan appetizers, an open bar, live jazz music from the Al Lazard Trio, and friendship with the incredible people who work every day toward housing and racial justice in the Bay Area and beyond.

The application for the much-anticipated second cohort of the Stories of Home program is now open! This initiative (formerly known as the Housing Justice Storytelling Initiative) is an intensive, multi-session workshop to develop and share video stories of courageous hope and collective action for housing justice that center Bay Area residents who have experienced housing insecurity. (Stories of Home is led by All Home, with support from NPH.)

Merritt Community Capital Corporation's 2025 Merritt Scholars application is officially open! The Merritt Scholars program is a statewide scholarship and mentorship program to attract the next generation of affordable housing finance and development professionals.

The program includes a $10,000 scholarship and access to a mentor, fully paid attendance at local and statewide industry conferences, and engagement with industry leaders.
