• USAID funneled more than $54 million to EcoHealth Alliance, the very organization linked to the Wuhan Institute of Virology and likely the start of the COVID pandemic
• $20 million to create a new Sesame Street show in Iraq
• $15 million to provide oral contraceptives and condoms in Afghanistan
  USAID spent $6 million to promote tourism in Egypt
• $4.8 million to Ukraine's public affairs office to fund social media influencers
• $3 million to promote "girl-centered climate change" in Brazil
• $2.1 million to Paraguay to enhance their border security
• USAID spent $2 million on transgender surgeries, hormone therapy, and gender-affirming care in Guatemala
