SEVERAL of my bills- on the topics of illegal immigration, guns, and more- have passed the Senate!!!!
Let me give you the rundown:
I am SO proud that the Defend the Guard bill passed the Senate. I've been working on this one for years. As a vet myself, I don't think Arizona's National Guard should be ordered into a combat zone without a declaration of war from Congress!
Next is a bill to protect our citizens from illegals.
Many of these illegals- especially drug gangs and human traffickers- squat in homes in Arizona to create a home base, and under our current laws they are difficult to remove.
Now the citizens of Arizona will not have as many issues removing these illegal squatters!
Next is my Municipal Emergency bill.
It enables residents to civilly challenge rogue city governments who declare an "emergency" to get away with something, when it's not REALLY an emergency!
No more lockdowns, in other words.
This is a big 2A bill: no fee for Arizona residents to renew their CCW permit!
Long live Free Arizona!
These aren't my only wins- but I wanted you to know what I'm doing, what is passing, and how it affects you.
I am very upbeat that these bills will pass the House as well. Some were close in prior years but now they may pass this year.
