Public Notice: Coal Mine Permit Revision Approval - Bridger Coal Co., PT0338

The Land Quality Division of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality has approved the coal mine permit major revision submitted by Bridger Coal Company PT0338. With this revision, Bridger Coal Company will extend coal recovery in active areas of the mining operation that are associated with existing coal leases. The application was approved with conditions.  For information concerning the conditions please contact the Land Quality Division District office located at 519 Meadowview Dr. Lander WY 82520, phone no. 307-332-3047 or the Cheyenne office at 200 West 17th St. Cheyenne, WY 82002, phone no.  307-777-7756.
