Trump’s funding freeze violated separation of powers, judge rules

Federal watchdog head drops lawsuit challenging his dismissal

One of the smallest U.S. agencies sues to block DOGE from shutting it down

* The U.S. African Development Foundation (USADF) filed ([link removed]) a lawsuit with Democracy Forward to block the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) from shutting it down.
* The lawsuit alleged DOGE staffers first gained access to USADF under the false pretenses of updating the agency’s computer systems. After USADF learned DOGE instead intended to shut down the agency, it cut the agency’s access to its headquarters.

Arizona court revives RNC challenge to election procedures manual
