Last week, House Republicans narrowly passed a budget resolution 217 - 215 that would give billionaires TRILLIONS of dollars in tax cuts at the expense of critical programs like Medicaid.

That’s how narrow the Republican House majority is. The Trump administration and the GOP want you to believe they have a mandate. The truth is, they don’t. A few more votes could have changed that outcome.

That’s why I’m putting all I’ve got into this race. Working and middle-class families deserve better than a House majority that bows down to billionaires. CA-40 holds the key to building a majority invested in lasting solutions for working-class families on public safety, climate change, and so much more.
