Dear Phoenix DSA,

Back in April, 72 pro-Palestinian protestors, including DSA and YDSA members, were arrested at the ASU encampment. Charges were dropped -- until County Attorney Rachel Mitchell refiled against 68 of the protesters this past October.

Instead of investigating the police brutalization of protesters, the County Attorney chose to put resources into silencing dissent. It's unacceptable.

Since November, the Free Palestine Coalition has been protesting every day outside the MCAO office, demanding that the charges be dropped. The basic democratic right to voice dissent is under threat, and now is the time to speak up!

Can you take two minutes today to email the County Attorney's office and demand that the charges be dropped?

Our tool makes it quick and easy -- it should take you just a minute or two.

Show your solidarity by taking action today.

-The Phoenix DSA Steering Committee

PS: Please encourage your friends and family to take action and send an email as well. The more of us who speak up, the better!
