our monthly surveys, and the Attorney General just took action on it.

Rob joined fellow Democratic attorneys general in filing an amicus brief
in support of the Affordable Care Act — specifically making sure that
no-cost preventative care stays no-cost!

Right now, the ACA requires insurance companies to provide certain
preventative services like routine examinations, blood pressure checks,
and cholesterol screenings at no cost to patients like you.

But Republicans are attacking this provision in the courts, trying to make
healthcare more expensive, and the Fifth Circuit Court recently sided with
them.

Rob knows that preventive care is the cornerstone of a healthy society and
can be the difference between life and death. That’s why he’s urging the
U.S. Supreme Court to step in and reverse the Fifth Circuit’s decision, so
we can preserve this preventative care provision that millions of people
rely on.
