Support Gwynne Wilcox, unlawfully removed NLRB member

Dear Friend,

?

TOMORROW, Wednesday, March 5, National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) Member Gwynne Wilcox will be challenging her unlawful removal at the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Her removal left the NLRB without a quorum, meaning workers' fundamental rights to organize and engage in mutual aid cannot be protected as required by law. Here are three ways you can show your support tomorrow:

1. Attend the hearing at 10 am

Wednesday's hearing will be before Senior Judge Beryl A. Howell at the E. Barrett Prettyman Courthouse (333 Constitution Ave NW) in Courtroom 26A at 10 am.?Please arrive by 9:30 am?(enter on 3rd St NW across from the DOL) to go through security. If you are attending the hearing itself, please be advised the court restricts the carrying or wearing of signs (including buttons with text) inside the courthouse.

?

2. Rally outside in support of Gwyne at 10:30 am

We will be gathering at?10:30 am on the Constitution Ave side of the Courthouse (west of 3rd St NW) to cheer Gwynne on as she leaves the Courthouse and rally in support of Gwynne and the NLRB.?

?

3.?Listen in and spread the word

If you can't join in person, you can also listen in by dialing in during the hearing at 833-990-9400 (Meeting ID: 491822013). Please note that court rules prohibit recording, livestream, or rebroadcast of the audio feed. After the hearing,?post on social media and call your Member of Congress to say that workers need Gwynne Wilcox back at the NLRB.

Thank you for standing with us to protect the NLRB and workers' rights to organize. We hope to see you out there tomorrow!
