When I arrived at West Point as a new cadet, I had no idea how much it would transform my life.

During my first plebe summer, I attended an early morning church service, and a sermon referencing Psalm 121 left an imprint on my soul and strengthened my faith. That psalm and my time at West Point have been a touchstone ever since, sustaining me during difficult moments in my life.

I'm Dave McCormick. I'm a West Point grad, combat veteran who served in the 82nd Airborne, a 7th-generation Pennsylvanian, and now serving in the United States Senate.

When I decided to run for U.S. Senate, I made a promise to come to Washington and work with fellow political outsiders like President Trump to shake up business as usual, and I'm working to do that every single day.
