Every month folks contribute to Social Security and Medicare through taxes on
their paychecks. We pay our dues for our entire lives so that we can earn the
support that Social Security and Medicare offer us. We help pay for the
generation ahead of us so that we can get the same benefits when we retire.

This isn’t an entitlement. It isn’t a hand out. It is OUR OWN MONEY. We earned
Social Security and Medicare through our hard work and our hard-earned dollars.

Yet every time a Republican is elected there’s talk about how to cut
government spending. Elon Musk and his fake DOGE team have already cut entire
agencies, and it’s still barely a drop in the bucket. The way to cut the budget
is through the military, Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid. They won’t
slash military spending, and Republicans in Congress are already taking aim at
Medicaid. But Elon has stated that he wants to cut Social Security and Medicare
as well.

We won’t let them—but we need an army of supporters making their voices heard
and letting Trump, Mike Johnson, and John Thune know there will be hell to pay
if they come for Social Security and Medicare.
