Workforce Well-being and Support

The Workforce Well-being and Support [ [link removed] ] learning pathway looks at whether employee wellness apps really work. There is also information on taking care of yourself and coworkers.

 

Leadership

The latest resources under General Leadership [ [link removed] ] and Self-Leadership [ [link removed] ] look at leadership red flags to be aware of and ways that managers accidentally destroy team morale. There is also information on how to better support employees during hard times.

 

Workplace Culture and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

The Workplace Culture and DEI [ [link removed] ] learning pathway looks at civil rights icon Ruby Bridges. It also looks at women who fought bus segregation. There are also articles on a black transgender woman’s impact on ratifying the14th amendment and the hypocrisy of supposed merit-based hiring.
