The Biden Administration notoriously implemented last-minute, burdensome energy regulations, causing undue harm to the American people. This week, Speaker Johnson and House Republicans used the Congressional Review Act to roll back the damage done and help deliver President Trump's America First Agenda. The House passed H.J. Res. 35 and H.J. Res. 20 to reverse the Biden-era tax on natural gas and ban on gas-fired water heaters.
