The indiscriminate firing of public servants poses a long-term threat to the stability of the federal workforce and the services provided to all our communities. That’s why We The Action is launching the Public Service Legal Response Center to call upon lawyers like you who want to assist federal workers. ([link removed])

The Public Service Legal Response Center will provide a central hub to connect lawyers with opportunities to help public servants. There could be opportunities to provide a variety of assistance, from intakes and general guidance to direct representation in appeals or legal proceedings. The Public Service Legal Response Center particularly needs support from lawyers with expertise in the following areas:
* Federal employment law
* General labor and employment law
* Government investigations
* Criminal defense
* Privacy/data security
* Defamation/libel/slander

If you don’t have expertise in those areas, you can still get involved! We will connect you with free training so that you are empowered to support the federal workforce.
