Join NPH on Friday, June 12 for our upcoming Brown Bag training, “Implementing New 3Ps Policy Tools.” Since 2017, a number of high-profile 3Ps bills (production, preservation, and protection) were signed into law, including SB 330, AB 1482, AB 1486, and AB 1763, to streamline the approval process, protect tenants from rent gouging and unjust evictions, prioritize public land for affordable housing, and provide density bonuses for affordable housing developments.

These new laws aim to ease California’s severe housing shortage and affordability crisis.
