Housing justice advocates emerge victorious after MARATHON 11-HOUR MEETING and Inclusionary Zoning proposal moves to City Council |

There is a (paid!) opportunity for you to shape a first time ever holistic, community-wide vision of the city's future - strategic goals, programs, policies, and actions to reach that vision. |
Pittsburghers for Public Transit is encouraging our transit-friendly friends to apply for a position on the Community Working Group for the city's Comprehensive Plan. Act soon, though, applications will close quickly. CWG members will have the opportunity to collect ideas from neighbors, host events, and help create materials & final recommendations for the Comprehensive Plan. Apply if this sounds like you - or share it with a friend! Requirements: You’re passionate about positively shaping the future of Pittsburgh for everyone.
You are well-connected to your neighbors and are interested in building connections with new neighbors. You do not need formal training in planning or design to apply. The City is aiming to create a Community Working Group that reflects the diversity of perspectives & experiences in Pittsburgh. |
