James responded to a 9-1-1 call at a fast-food parking lot.While he was there, he spotted a BMW that matched the vehicle that evaded him the night before.

When James approached, the driver ignored commands and put the vehicle in motion, hitting James with the car door and dragging him 20 feet.

James was forced to make a split-second decision. He feared for his safety and the safety of those around him. He followed his training and used his weapon to neutralize the threat.

But now, he’s the one facing charges.

This is exactly how anti-police prosecutors destroy good cops. They take situations where officers follow protocol and turn them into political scandals.
