We need to hear your voice! Do you think the wealthy should get tax cuts from Republicans in Washington D.C. while programs that help working families are on the chopping block?

Following Trump’s inauguration, House Republicans quickly organized closed-door meetings to fast track $3 trillion in budget cuts, which unfortunately seemed to prioritize providing tax breaks for the ultra-wealthy. These cuts could ultimately put hard-working American families at risk of losing essential programs like Medicaid and SNAP, which are vital for their survival. 

House Democratic leader Hakeem Jeffries called the Republican agenda "a contract against America," warning it will harm working families, the middle class, children, seniors, and veterans.

House Republicans aren’t even hiding it – they’re blatantly prioritizing their ultra-rich donors’ interests over hard-working families, even if it means Susan's family in Georgia goes hungry without food stamps, or Jackson in Colorado can’t get a vital prescription due to Medicaid cuts.
