Just 11 days into the Trump presidency and they are literally arming teenagers! WTF!!
Yesterday, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals rolled back a DECADES-OLD ban on federally licensed firearms dealers selling handguns to adults under 21.
It’s the first time a federal appeals court has held that this prohibition violates the Second Amendment.
The same court previously upheld this ban in 2012. But this is what happens when NRA-backed extremists take the bench.
This is really bad. Trump and his fellow MAGA extremists are doing everything they can to drag us backwards. But we refuse to regress.
If these last 11 days have taught us anything, each day is going to be more unpredictable than the last. We need to be equipped to handle whatever comes our way.
We’ve already lost the White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention, the threat of an all-encompassing federal funding freeze, and direct attacks on DEI.
And now this dangerous court decision.
