Jonathan Saenz, President and Attorney for Texas Values released the following statement regarding the Trump administrations's DOJ dropping charges against Dr. Haim:
“The Trump Administration’s decision to drop these frivolous and weaponized charges by Biden’s DOJ is a huge victory for Texas children who are being harmed by this massive cover up. Dr. Haim never should have been in this position in the first place, facing up to 10 years in prison, for simply telling truth. The unjust lawfare scam is over, and no better place than Texas to put it to an end.”
Texas Values was the leading statewide organization that worked tirelessly this past legislative session to pass SB 14, the Ban on Child Gender Modification Bill, the law protecting children from harmful gender modification procedures and surgeries. Texas Values at the Rally For Life! |
Texas Values had the privilege of attending the Texas Rally for Life last weekend, reaffirming our steadfast commitment to protecting both mothers and children. Thanks to your support, we were able to pass the Texas Heartbeat Law, which has drastically reduced abortions in the state—from 50,000 a year to zero.
President Trump signed an Executive Order to end the use of Federal taxpayer dollars to fund or promote elective abortion! The President also pardoned the 23 pro-lifers who were unfairly prosecuted under the FACT Act for peacefully protesting outside of abortion facilities! |

Special Guest Rep. Terri Leo-Wilson discusses some of the bills she's working on and that Texas Values supports as well! |
"The first bill that is a priority for the Lt. Governor as well, is the Parental Rights Handbook. There’s no one centralized place where a parent can go to get clarity that is convenient…this would create an online handbook that would be very accessible to parents."
"The bill also mandates that school board members must be trained on Parents' Bill of Rights." ~ Terri Leo-Wilson |
