Dear Neighbors,   

On *Wednesday, February 5, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.*, I will be joining my colleagues of the Minnesota House People of Color and Indigenous (POCI) Caucus to host a community town hall in our vibrant district. The event will focus on the unprecedented start of the 2025 legislative session and how the actions of the House GOP will have a detrimental effect on historically underserved communities in our state by potentially repealing hard-fought legislative victories.  

The Caucus will listen to community leaders and advocates on matters and legislation they seek to advocate for, receive feedback from members, and field questions from constituents. Registration is not required for attendance. A meal and refreshments will be offered at the event. If you’re unable to make it in-person, a live stream video will be hosted through the House POCI Caucus Facebook page [ [link removed] ].     

We encourage you to come and share your thoughts, perspectives, and ways we can better support you and your community-led efforts. Your input is invaluable to me, and I encourage you to attend.
