The new year has already presented many challenges – from the devastating wildfires close to home to Republicans taking control of Congress and the White House.
And while it might seem far off, especially after the inauguration and Trump’s flurry of executive orders, I’m keeping a close eye on 2026.
As a reminder, we were one of the few Democratic campaigns to flip a House seat from red to blue in a difficult election year – and we did with just over 2.5% of the vote. That makes us an early target for national Republicans.
We’re preparing
