On Donald Trump’s first day back in the Oval Office, he issued an executive order to end birthright citizenship — a blatant attack on our Constitution and more than a century of legal precedent. A federal judge has already blocked it, but now Trump’s allies in Congress are pushing H.R. 569 to deny citizenship to children of non-citizens.
