Dear John,
Last week I announced our Annual Dinner - mark your calendar for Saturday, May 10, 2025.
This year, THE TEAM'S THE THEME. In addition to our powerful keynote speaker (keep your eyes peeled for that announcement!) our dinner on May 10 will be about celebrating our team here at Minnesota Family Council and what we've been able to do by God's grace. But the team is bigger than our staff and volunteers - it includes all of YOU, and on May 10, we want to celebrate that!
Today I want to talk about one of those team members, our Director of Public Policy, Rebecca Delahunt (pictured above, far right).
Why is Becca so special? As long as I've known her, I've seen (1) her heart for the gospel of Jesus, and (2) her intelligent commitment to defend life, family, and religious freedom for Minnesotans at the State Capitol.
More about Becca: she helped organize an event on bioethics, brought experts to St. Paul to meet with legislators on these crucial issues, and filmed a podcast and wrote a blog post about the importance of these issues. Oh, and these are just some of the things she accomplished in the last week alone.
You can see why I'm so excited to highlight THE TEAM at our dinner this year. I'm surrounded by people who are committed to MFC's mission and prayerfully doing God's will as we do the work He has laid out for us. It's a great place to be!
Want to hear more from Becca and my other incredible colleagues, as well as a fantastic keynote speaker? Pre-registration is open now and many people have already signed up!
Pre-registering means you can be the FIRST to be notified when tickets become available. That's important because last year we SOLD OUT, even though our venue (DoubleTree by Hilton Bloomington) is one of the biggest in the Twin Cities.
So please pre-register now to make sure you get early access to tickets!
