Primary Care Appeals successfully engages with ICBs to improve local decision making

In November 2024, the Head of Appeals and the Appeals service’s Technical Case Manager delivered a session to the Pharmaceutical Services Regulations Committee of the South West integrated care boards on key appeal decisions in order to support effective local decision making.
