Friend, in the face of every attempt to strip away our most fundamental freedoms or undermine the constitutional rights we hold dear, I ask myself one question: Who will fight back if we don't?

That's why as your attorney general, I’ve made it my mission to uphold the Constitution. To resist those who think that they're above accountability. And to protect the people of New York from actions that threaten our democracy. Because upholding our rights, defending our progress, and standing up for justice is just too important to leave to chance.

Whether it's fighting back against an extremely far-right agenda, protecting reproductive freedom, or thwarting unconstitutional overreach, I will always fight to ensure our voices are heard, our rights are preserved, and our futures remain bright.
