“It's not illegal if you don't get caught.”

Texas schools are once again caught defying the law—and this time, they’re
actively coaching parents on how to bypass protections for women’s sports.

In our latest undercover investigation, Accuracy in Media exposed Irving ISD’s
Executive Director of Campus Operations,Reny Lizardo, advising an undercover
journalist on how tocircumvent the ‘Save Women's Sports Act’—a law meant to
protect fair competition in women’s athletics.

Lizardo’s advice? Change the child’s birth certificate in another state before
moving to Texas.

His shocking justification: “It’s not illegal if you don’t get caught.”

When confronted by AIM President Adam Guillette, Lizardo denied everything
—despite video evidence proving otherwise.

We need your help to hold him and other school officials accountable.
