Please join us on Monday, February 10, 2025, at 6 pm ET as we launch Research for Action’s limited podcast series, Black at the Whiteboard, created and hosted by teacher-researchers Andrea Barnes and Vicki Green and produced in collaboration with Mignon Combs and Quynh Van of Diseducation podcast.
This groundbreaking series amplifies the voices of Black educators, sharing their raw experiences and addressing the challenges they face in America's classrooms. It also elevates the important role Black teachers have played in our educational system over time. The series draws on important research led by Black teacher-researchers from Philadelphia and Detroit in partnership with RFA researchers.
Together, we’ll listen to audio clips of the podcast episodes followed by an interactive discussion with the creators and producers of the podcast and the teacher-researchers who led this work.
