The deadline to register to vote in the California Democratic State Party Delegate Race, also known as the Assembly District Election Meetings(ADEM). You must register to vote with the California Democratic Party to participate, your normal U.S. Election voter registration will NOT be used for this election. Deciding on our state delegates will shape our elections in the coming years. This is an important way to get involved after a devastating and disappointing Presidential Election. Your elected delegates will be responsible for shaping the California Democratic State Party leading into the 2027 Midterm Elections. An important step in taking back Congress and preventing Donald Trump from further enacting his Project 2025 policies.
Your choice of candidates will be based on your Assembly District Representative. If you do not know your representative then you can look up your address here and find your representative.
Once registered, Your online voting credentials will be mailed to you on or before January 31, 2025 to the registered mailing address. Online voting will open on January 31, 2025, and will close on February 23, 2025@ 6:00PM.
