It’s been eight days. And in those eight days Trump has carried out a war against decency, the rule of law, checks & balances, and the guardrails of our democracy. And what have Democrats done? Nothing. Not a damn thing but cower. And hide. And worry. We need an opposition party. Democrats are making clear they ain’t up for this. We need to find an opposition party asap. Or our democracy will disappear.
