FNUSA Condemns Pause on Federal Funding Leaving Survivors Without Lifesaving Services
Freedom Network USA unequivocally condemns ([link removed]) the Trump Administration’s OMB Memo M-25-13, which will enable human trafficking, harm trafficking victims and survivors, and shield traffickers from accountability.
Programs created under the monumental Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) within the Departments of Justice and Health and Human Services have been paused under this memo, leaving survivors of trafficking across the country without access to housing, food, and support that prevents exploitation.

We are leading opposition to the implementation of this memo and raising the alarm about its impacts while our members ([link removed]) continue to do lifesaving work for human trafficking survivors. This morning, we gathered with over 100 of our members to hear their concerns and provide them with as up-to-date information as possible.
We are engaged in tireless advocacy with the federal government so our members can remain focused on providing essential services to survivors. Now, more than ever, we need your support to continue.
