Dear Members, Partners, and Federal Grantees,
Last night, CSVANW has been made aware of the temporary freeze on federal funding, and we wanted to share the Memo from the Executive Office of President Donald Trump. We advise that grantees drawdown funds by 2:30PM New Mexico time before the freeze is in place at 5PM Eastern Time. We also encourage programs to reach out to their Tribal Leaders encouraging them reach out to Members of Congress to convey your concerns, potential impacts on your programs, and what kind of guidance they can offer. We will do our best to keep you informed.
