Southern California is experiencing some of the worst wildfires in our state’s history, with the Palisades and Eaton fires continuing to burn in Los Angeles County, and new fires cropping up in San Diego. Since President Donald Trump was inaugurated last Monday, there’s also been a nonstop surge of dangerous executive orders and policies coming out of his far-right administration, including ICE raids.
From his unconstitutional attempt to end birthright citizenship, to his attacks on transgender and non-binary individuals, to his attempt to censor public health agencies, Trump is already trying to roll back our rights instead of working to bring down costs or improve the lives of everyday Americans.

As California’s Attorney General, Rob and his office spent months diligently preparing for a second Trump presidency, and he’s already taking steps to stop harmful and unlawful actions by this administration, including filing a lawsuit against Trump’s unconstitutional birthright citizenship order—an order that has been temporarily blocked.
