John,
President Trump’s first-day executive order, “Unleashing American Energy,”
makes some big promises: expanding transmission, building out our
country’s energy infrastructure, and lowering utility costs for consumers.
And honestly? We were on board with that vision — until he tied it all to
fossil fuels.

Doubling down on dirty energy isn’t the answer. The real way to deliver
affordable, reliable power is by using all of America’s abundant energy
resources — especially clean, renewable ones.
Let’s send a message to our elected officials: true energy independence
and lower costs come from a diverse, sustainable energy mix — don’t let
the new administration drag us backward.
