Today, the Liberal Party launches a new video that highlights Peter Dutton’s determination to get Australia back on track.

Peter started his working life working part time after school in a butcher’s shop. He later started a small family business which grew to employ 40 Australians.

For nine years, Peter served his community as a Police Officer. He worked in the National Crime Authority and Drug and Sex Offenders Squads, with a focus on protecting women and children.

In 2006 John Howard appointed Peter as Assistant Treasurer. He later served in a number of senior ministerial portfolios.

In this video Peter talks about how those experiences inform his approach to public service.
