Police investigating 'orchestrated attack' on Portland
elections building by 10-20 hooded, masked figures
A group of 10-20 masked and hooded figures were caught on
surveillance footage vandalizing the Multnomah County Elections building
and smashing its windows, fleeing just as police arrived. An investigation
is now underway and the police are asking the public for help.
