John, after Trump's executive order directing the federal government to recognize two sexes -- male and female -- justice for Julie Jaman became even more important.

But we're still waiting for the judge to rule on the YMCA's motion to dismiss Julie's landmark case -- an attempt to deny her justice by condoning men invading women's spaces.

While we wait, I'm counting on your help to prepare for the battles ahead.

Remember, Julie is the 82-year-old grandmother banned for life from her local YMCA for speaking up about a MAN -- who was wearing a WOMEN'S bathing suit -- watching two little girls undress in the WOMEN'S locker room.

John, I have an eight-year-old daughter. And I will tell you without hesitation that I'd throw a parade in Julie's honor if it was my little girl in that locker room.

I know you and hundreds of our supporters feel the same way.  Whether it's your own daughter, granddaughter, niece, or friend. Little girls need to be protected.

And if a grandmother can't protect children in this day and age, who can?

Julie Jaman should be celebrated as a hero for speaking up -- not demonized as a bigot!

At the very least, Julie deserves to have her YMCA membership restored so she can resume her daily swims. Frankly, I think she deserves a lot more than that.

But for Julie, this isn't about a big public apology or a bunch of money.  This is about right vs. wrong.

That's why I'm asking you to generously donate $35 or more today.

John, if the judge denies the YMCA's motion to dismiss, we will soon hold depositions, where things will get heated -- and of course, trial looms on the horizon.

But if the judge rules in favor of the YMCA and dismisses the case, we'll quickly move to the appeal stage.

No matter what, we need to have the resources in place to fight tooth and nail for Julie -- because I won't be surprised if the ACLU and other deep-pocketed activist lawyers jump in to help the YMCA.

So can I count on your support today?

More importantly, can Julie?

What about the little girls across America who deserve protection from biological males infiltrating their spaces?

This is about so much more than access to a swimming pool -- than the vicious and slanderous attacks Julie has endured in the aftermath of speaking up.

This is about the gender-madness the left is forcing on society: boys in girls' sports, radical gender surgeries on children, and yes, men invading the private spaces reserved for women.

And if it can happen to an 82-year-old grandmother it could happen to any of us.

Julie's case could set a powerful legal precedent -- for better or worse.  Thank you in advance for standing with us.

Sincerely,

Mark Trammell

P.S. The judge could decide on the YMCA's motion to dismiss any day now. We must be prepared to either go to trial or file an appeal. As we tackle this latest twist in Julie Jaman's fight for justice, I'm asking you to follow this link and donate $35 or more today. Thank you!
