Keys to Success: Dayra Cerda

This month’s Keys to Success guest speaker is Dayra Cerda (She/Her), an influencer marketing agent, part-time realtor based in New Jersey, and co-host of Les Chat Podcast, a platform that shares insights on Queer Latina stories and LGBTQ couple content, alongside her partner.

Applications are now live for The Center's Activist-in-Residence Fellowship, an opportunity for established or emerging activists with bold, cutting-edge ideas for advancing LGBTQ+ rights to invest in their political projects and bring visibility to timely issues facing LGBTQ+ people in New York.

To help, The Center is pleased to offer you free access to Giving Docs, an easy way to write a will and plan for your future. Last year, over 150 people took advantage of The Center’s
Giving Docs platform to safeguard the values, people, and organizations they hold dear. While not required, including a bequest to The Center helps to ensure LGBTQ+ New Yorkers have a place to find support and thrive for generations to come.

This year’s Love Yourself Valentines Dance is all about exploring, expressing and loving our diverse genders, in all of their glory! Food and refreshments will be served. Open to LGBTQ and allied youth 13-22 years old.

Governor Hochul's State of the State

This week, Governor Kathy Hochul delivered her 2025 State of the State address and released her plan for New Yorkers. There was no mention of LGBTQ+ Issues. LGBTQ+ New Yorkers need intentional support from their elected officials.
