We recently became aware of a plot by the Legislature to expand the State's "Red Flag" gun confiscation scheme.

The tyrants are pushing AB 2617, which would allow California to enforce bogus "Red Flag" orders placed on you in other states.

As you know, so-called "Red Flag" laws are already abusive in that they deny due process. 

And in some cases, you may not even be aware that you are subject to a confiscation order when the police arrive. 

TAKE A STAND

But AB 2617 would make it possible for tyrants in other states to attack you with these orders and have California enforce them.

Imagine going on vacation only to come back to find the SWAT team at your door thanks to this bill.

We warned when these orders were first proposed that it would not end there. Indeed, if you give a tyrant a cookie, he's going to ask for a glass of milk.

Friend, we cannot allow the tyrants to get away with us. And we need to take a stand.
