Life Links National Right to Life about the Norma McCorvey [“Jane Roe”] Documentary Link 1, Link 2 - On Friday, FX will release a documentary, “AKA Jane Roe,” directed by Nick Sweeney, which profiles Norma McCorvey who passed away in 2017. McCorvey was “Jane Roe” in the U.S. Supreme Court’s 1973 Roe v. Wade decision. Planned Parenthood Improperly Claimed $80 Million in Coronavirus-Relief Loans Link 1, Link 2 - According to new reporting, 37 Planned Parenthood affiliates applied for and received a total of $80 million in loans from the Paycheck Protection Program, which was established by the CARES Act to aid small businesses during the economic fallout related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Trump Admin May Slap Criminal Charges on Planned Parenthood for Fraudulently Obtaining Coronavirus Funds Link - After news broke that the Planned Parenthood abortion business fraudulently received $80 million in funds meant to help small businesses, the Trump administration has wasted no time in acting. “The money needs to be recovered and if anybody knowingly falsified applications, they need to be prosecuted,” Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) tweeted. Trump Admin Slams UN for Promoting Abortion in Response to Coronavirus Link - The Trump administration slammed the United Nations on Monday for trying to “intimidate” pro-life countries into legalizing abortion on demand with coronavirus aid funds. World Health Assembly Includes Reproductive Health in COVID-19 Resolution, U.S. Objects Link - The United States objected to the inclusion of the term and rejected the notion of an international right to abortion. Suicide Prevention Researchers Leave Out Assisted Suicide Link - An article published in the AMA’s JAMA Psychiatry: promises to “flatten the curve” of our rising suicide numbers, but doesn’t once mention assisted suicide as a contributor to the problem.
