Before the end of 2024, advocates like you came together to make the most of our Holiday Match. I'm proud to say our community raised critical funds for vital GLAAD programs like our News and Rapid Response team, ALERT Desk, Newsroom Briefings, Social Media Safety Program, and more. Thank you!
Together, we're driving progress and fighting back against anti-LGBTQ misinformation and extremism by taking control of the narrative as experts in our field. We're tracking anti-LGBTQ hate incidents and providing a go-to resource for reporters to accurately report on hate. We're working with social media companies to create policies that make social media platforms safer for LGBTQ users. And this year, we're expanding on all that work — and more — thanks to people like you.
With anti-LGBTQ hate trending upward, our work will be more challenging this year. That's why I'm so grateful for the support we received. We now have resources to start this year off strong.
Remember, by merely existing, you've already won. Sooner rather than later, our haters are going to understand that we're here to stay.
