Expansion of Assisted Suicide Raises Concerns

UK actress and advocate Liz Carr, along with our Executive Director, Matt Vallière are quoted in this article. Liz Carr "says she 'can't count' the number of similar stories she’s heard from people who are suffering not from their disabilities but from lack of supports to live. When the disabled seek help to lead dignified lives only to be offered [assisted suicide] – which is both cheap and available – their sense of worth plummets, Carr adds."
