This could have a huge economic impact on the dairy industry, but only if the USDA holds it accountable. What You Can Do Tell USDA Secretary Vilsack that testing is not enough. First the USDA should charge the farms and corporations, not taxpayers, for the containment of bird flu. Next, the USDA must stop the industry from moving product and animals from infected sources.
