We have nearly 90 legal projects that need your help:

	1—5 HOURS Assist Election Officials Facing Tax Issues Election Official Legal Defense Network EOLDN works to provide election officials with pro bono attorneys in response to the increasing wave of harassments, threats, and state laws subjecting them to criminal penalties for performing their jobs. Lawyers with tax law expertise are needed to provide legal assistance to U.S. election administrators facing tax investigation for job related retaliation. This is a remote project, and lawyers may be barred in any state.
	6—10 HOURS Help a Rare Disease Organization with US Tax-Exemption Status PCH Familie PCH Familie is a German patient organization raising public awareness for rare neurodegenerative diseases affecting children. They need a lawyer to help them gain a tax-exemption and/or nonprofit status in the U.S. This is a remote project, and lawyers may be barred in any state.
	1—5 HOURS Help Democracy Organization with 501(c)(3) Status Democracy R&D Democracy R&D, an international group of democracy organizations, is eligible for a major grant to advance global democracy, and needs a lawyer to answer questions regarding employment requirements and 501(c)(3) incorporation. This is a remote project, and lawyers may be barred in any state.
	6—10 HOURS Assist with Compliance Policy for an LGBTQ+ Organization Whitman-Walker Whitman-Walker Health System is a community health system committed to advancing social justice and equality through health. They need a lawyer to review and update existing HR and compliance policies to help verify they are current with DC and federal law. Lawyers must have Health Law and Labor and Employment Law experience. This is a remote project, and lawyers may be barred in any state.
