LOGO [[link removed]]Hi John,

Unbelievable.

While they thought we weren’t paying attention, the EPA has halted its enforcement of environmental laws. It’s no secret that Trump’s EPA has failed to adequately protect us from pollution and the harmful effects of climate change, but this decision is a new low.

We need an EPA that protects us against pollution and the climate crisis, not one that works behind our backs to do the bidding of fossil fuel and chemical companies. [[link removed]]

This latest decision by the EPA means that the refineries, chemical plants, and other polluting industries that are still in operation no longer have to protect our air and water from contamination. We can’t accept this – especially as our climate crisis continues to worsen. We need a Senator who will stand up and insist that the EPA does its job. We cannot sit idly by while this administration takes advantage of an international health crisis to suspend 50 years of environmental policy and advocacy.

Where is the outrage of our senior Senator? Where are the leaders standing up to hold Washington accountable?

We’ve known all along that the profit margins of corporations matter more to this administration than the health and safety of our people and our world. This is unacceptable. And the silence from Susan Collins is deafening.

Help me get to Washington, where I will stand up not only for us but also for the health and safety of our planet. [[link removed]]If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
