In one of 2018 biggest upsets, Congresswoman Kendra Horn flipped a long-held Republican district. She swung the district more than 20 points and won by a razor-thin margin. Now, she is facing a tough reelection.
Mara Candelaria Reardon has been serving in the Indiana House of Representatives for the past four years and decided to step up to represent her community in Washington. She has already broken barriers as the first Latina to be elected to Indiana's statehouse and would be the first Latina from Indiana elected to Congress.
The June primaries will look very different this year due to the pandemic. We need all hands on deck to help HER Time’s candidates win their elections!
