…but we have a lot of work to do – because even before every ballot was counted, the left was plotting how to use the court system to force its radical agenda upon us.

Now it’s mission-critical that we raise the funds to bring on another attorney in 2025. And the clock is ticking on our November fundraising goal.

John, you’ve come through for us time and time again. Your support has been the backbone of the Center for American Liberty and we are grateful for everything you’ve done for us.

But helping us bring on another full-time attorney may very well be the most important request I ever make of you.

In just 5 years, we have taken on – and won – some of the most important cases of our time defending your constitutional rights. That includes 3 victories at the U.S. Supreme Court.

Currently, we’re involved in more than 30 active cases, we’ve filed 5 amicus briefs in 2024, and requests for support are flooding in.

But with just three full-time attorneys on my staff, we’ve reached maximum capacity.

Simply put, we can’t take on any more cases. Not until we bring on a fourth full-time attorney.

That’s why I’m urgently turning to you to help raise $250,000 toward bringing on a new attorney.

Remember, I broke down the goal into three targets:

- $75,000 by October 31st – which 1,495 patriots helped us reach!

- Another $75,000 by November 30th

- $100,000 by December 31st
